At Adorned Lookz, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
• All orders are processed within 2 business days.
• Custom-colored wigs may require an additional 2 business days for processing.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Please double-check all order details before submitting your purchase.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:
• Wig must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition (lace intact).
• All original packaging (wig bag + tags) must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
• Wigs that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, bleached, or altered.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Custom wigs (custom color, custom size, or special orders) unless the mistake was on our end.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email update.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. (After we receive the wig)
Hair Disclaimer
• All wigs, bundles, boho hair, frontals, and closures sold by Adorned Lookz are 100% human hair.
• Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen brightness, or monitor settings.
